Effective date: June 1st 2026
1. Provider and agreement
sAi is provided by IntSec.NET — Interactive Systems & Security di Alessio Bravi, Via Luigi Pirandello 15, 06012 Città di Castello (PG), Italy, VAT IT02517950545 (“IntSec.NET”, “we” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the sAi application, website, assistant, integrations and related services.
By accessing or using sAi, the user and, where applicable, the customer organisation agree to these terms. An accepted order, subscription, installation statement of work or other written service agreement may add or replace specific provisions. That agreement prevails over these public terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Service models
sAi may be supplied through one of the following models:
- Single Sales Representative Account — Personal Use, SaaS: a named professional user accesses the hosted service for their own field-sales activity.
- Org Account Tier — SaaS: a customer organisation authorises and administers users, roles, teams and organisational information in the hosted service.
- On-Prem or Private-Cloud: sAi is installed in an environment controlled by the customer, with hosting, operation, integration and support responsibilities allocated in the applicable agreement.
The enabled features, capacity, support and delivery responsibilities are those confirmed for the applicable service model and agreement.
3. Professional use and accounts
sAi is intended for professional and business activity. A user must be legally able and authorised by the relevant customer organisation to use the account and the information made available through it.
- Registration and account information must be accurate and kept current.
- Credentials and authentication devices must not be shared, transferred or exposed.
- Users must promptly report suspected unauthorised access or loss of credentials.
- Customer administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing access that is no longer required and keeping their authorised-user list current.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
Users may use sAi only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with their organisation's instructions. Users must not:
- access data, accounts or functions without authorisation, or attempt to bypass roles, security controls or usage boundaries;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, overload it, probe it without written permission or use automation that unreasonably affects availability;
- use sAi to harass, discriminate, deceive, unlawfully monitor people or violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted by law or a written agreement;
- use public-directory information for spam, indiscriminate marketing or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
5. Customer information and confidentiality
The customer or authorised user retains their rights in information they enter, import or manage in sAi. They grant IntSec.NET only the rights necessary to host, process, secure, support and provide the service under the applicable model. The customer is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis, permission and authority to provide and use that information, including professional contact details, notes and calendar information.
Private information belonging to a personal account or customer organisation is kept separate from other customer organisations. Authorised users must respect their own organisation's confidentiality rules. Public-directory entries come from publicly accessible sources, may be incomplete or outdated, and must be checked before the user chooses to import or rely on them.
6. Assistant and generated information
The sAi assistant helps users retrieve information and prepare or perform supported actions. Generated answers, transcriptions, matches, routes and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review important details—including the contact, place, availability, date and time—before relying on them or confirming an action.
sAi is a professional planning aid and is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety or other regulated professional judgement. Users remain responsible for their decisions, communications and confirmed actions.
7. Calendars and other integrations
A user may choose to connect a calendar, authentication provider, company database or other supported service. The user must be authorised to connect the relevant account and data. Connected services remain governed by their providers' terms and may change, limit or interrupt their functionality independently of sAi.
Users should review synchronised appointments and resolve conflicts promptly. They may disconnect supported integrations through sAi or the connected provider. Custom On-Prem or Private-Cloud connectors are governed by their applicable service agreement.
8. Privacy and data protection
The sAi Privacy Policy explains how IntSec.NET processes personal information, connected-service data, security records and support communications. Customer organisations remain responsible for the notices, instructions and lawful basis required for the business information they control. Where required, the parties will define their respective data-protection roles in the applicable agreement.
9. Service operation and changes
IntSec.NET uses reasonable care to operate and secure sAi, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, provider outages, connectivity or customer-controlled infrastructure may affect service availability. Users should retain appropriate operational procedures for time-sensitive work.
Features may evolve to improve the service, maintain security, meet legal requirements or reflect changes in connected providers. Material commitments made in an applicable written agreement remain governed by that agreement.
10. Intellectual property
sAi, its software, design, documentation, branding and service materials belong to IntSec.NET or its licensors. Subject to these terms and the applicable agreement, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended professional purpose. No ownership in sAi is transferred.
Feedback may be used to improve sAi without identifying or disclosing the customer and without transferring ownership of customer information.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful activity, material breach or harm to the service or others. Where practical and lawful, IntSec.NET will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Customer organisations may remove their users' access at any time.
On termination, access and handling of customer information follow the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy, including any agreed return, export, retention or deletion obligations. Users should export information they are entitled to retain before access ends where an export is available.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Users are responsible for verifying professional contact information, availability, routes, appointments and assistant output before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, sAi is provided as a professional productivity service and is not a guarantee of a visit, commercial outcome, route condition or third-party availability.
Liability is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other responsibility protected by applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without affecting any mandatory protections that apply under another competent law. Disputes are subject to the forum established by the applicable written agreement or, if none applies, the court determined by applicable law.
14. Contact and updates
Service enquiries: info@intsec.net
Product support: support@intsec.net
